About this Guide
Keep Moving!
I’m realizing that months of computer work could wreck havoc on my health and I have a feeling I’m not alone. Luckily we are starting our two month “Body Plan,” keeping an eye on body data parameters. I’m including movement in mind, fitting in little 10-minute “sparks” of activity throughout the day. Health is always the priority and we need to make sure it stays front and center as we learn together.

We’re having a blast with new models. Where were all of these amazing toys when I was a kid?
Portfolio Ideas
Add your own art to your portfolio to express your view of human biology.
Paper art, like collage and pop-ups, is a fun way to make a portfolio interactive.
If you are homeschooling, consider varying the sensory forms of learning materials to form more quality memories.

![Tripods Our earliest videos were too shaky, so we now have multiple tripods: a taller one for standing and table-height work; a small one for close-in work.](https://humanbio.org/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/photo-benches-1024x768-566x346.jpg)

Whenever we show artwork, we always get asked to show more. Here is a video of “crazy quilt” pieces produced in the United States between 1890 and 1970.
