Cardiovascular Objective
Create an original media piece that describes the heart, vessels, blood, and risk factors related to cardiovascular disorders.
Doing both the Cardiovascular System and Cardiovascular Disorders lecture guides before lab can assist; much of the material is re-visited with microscopes, models, and specimens in lab.

Cardiovascular Summary
Cardiovascular disorders are a significant threat to adult humans. Consider in this media piece that you are educating someone about the basic structures and functions of this system, as well as what disorders can occur and risk factors that can be addressed.
This week you can again choose the type of media you make to complete this assignment. It can be photos, sketches, captions, narratives, cartoons, etc. Put everything into a single file to upload to Canvas as the completed media piece.

1. Heart: an overview of heart structure, function, and descriptions of two cardiac disorders.
2. Vessels: an overview of the artery, vein, and capillary structures and functions, and descriptions of two vascular disorders.
3. Blood: an overview of blood components (including plasma composition, platelets, and types of blood cells), an explanation of blood types, and descriptions of two blood disorders.
4. Risk Factors: a description of two different risk factors related to cardiovascular disorders and how these risks can be reduced.
