About this Guide
Managing
Just like everyone else, I have had a hard time planning over the past few years. We have been trying to stay as flexible as possible in teaching while still keeping everyone moving forward, making degree progress. Being able to get outdoors and shoot videos for this course has been a breath of fresh air (literally) away from the computer. Immunity and overall health depends in part on managing stress. Take a break, a deep breath, and reflect on all you have accomplished in these extraordinary times.
